This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use the revDSM platform, including our web application and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the revDSM Platform, including enterprise account administrators, field representatives, coordinators, and call center personnel who access the Platform under an active enterprise license agreement.

The Platform collects precise GPS location data when you use location-enabled features. Location data is collected in the background during active field sessions. This data is associated with your user profile and enterprise account and is used to support core Platform functionality including field activity logging, territory management, and operational reporting.
You may be prompted to grant location permissions upon first use. Denying location access may limit certain Platform features. You can manage location permissions through your device settings at any time.
